High quality cast stone for a premier address
Both standard and custom made wet-cast cast stone dressings from UKCSA Full Member Haddonstone Ltd have been chosen to enhance this private development at Wootton Place, Esher Park Avenue in Esher.
The impressive houses are set behind a secure gated environment, just up the road from Octagon’s Esher Park Avenue site, and have elegant brick exteriors incorporating wet-cast cast stone dressings in a similar style to the cast stone supplied to the earlier project. The cast stone dressings supplied by Haddonstone include window surrounds, band courses, copings, finials and porticos, and included structural items to make the construction and installation simpler for the house builder.
Haddonstone was once again chosen by luxury private house builder Octagon Developments as the spacious period style family homes, situated in one of Esher’s premier private roads, required the supply of extremely high quality cast stone to match the prestigious address and setting.
By working closely with Octagon’s designers, office and site staff Haddonstone was able to exceed the high specifications and standards of quality, service and delivery demanded by both Octagon and the project.
This continuing close cooperation ensured the successful build of both the unique Wootton Place and St George’s Place, Esher Park Avenue properties, whose prices start at £2.75m for a semi-detached town house rising to £4.25m for a spacious elegant detached property.
